Hello to all SG people. I decided to share my problem here. Spring is the worst time of the year for me, because I have been suffering from allergies for more than 10 years. This rubbish is called hay fever, t.e. seasonal allergic reaction to pollen. Moreover, as a child, I visited all the doctors, went through many examinations, but what kind of pollen was never detected. Now I’ve come to terms with it, I take it for granted. But I’m still looking for methods of treatment (not entirely, but at least for the duration of the exacerbation). Nothing helps. Over the years I have tried almost all allergy pills, nasal and eye drops. The pills temporarily make it a little easier, but it still sucks.
In general, the purpose of creating a topic is not whining (as it probably seemed to you :)), but a question for readers. I have no doubt that I’m not the only one suffering from this disease, so the actual question is: what are you treating and what generally helps? I’ll try, maybe I’ll get lucky..

F*ck you, stay strong. I live with an allergy to cat fur, and no matter, in May I will be 20 years old in “torment” =)
And so XUNTA BOUHA, let’s break through
When I was 12 years old I almost kicked off my slippers. I didn’t spend the night at my place, someone else’s cat came and sat on my chest. I woke up on time 🙂
Buy tangerines that are difficult https://casinosnogamstop.co.uk/ to peel and have a lot of seeds.
Basically, I get skin problems from overeating citrus fruits. I can say the same about chocolate.
That’s for sure, twice a week I go to a tutor for two hours, but she has two cats and after an hour I have no time for classes 🙁
Simply closing the windows and doors will not restrict her access) Only complete sealing will help, and even then it will remain on the clothes) It’s not that simple. At home almost the same effect as on the street. The only option is to go somewhere during this time, but you need to go to countries with a different climate.
How do I understand you. I’m suffering like this crap My hay fever started after stress. Two summer months (June. July) down the drain. I sleep a lot because of the pills. Modern advertised remedies do not help. But I’ve already gotten used to it and am reducing my allergy symptoms. Finally, preparations should begin at the end of winter. There are folk remedies – zabrus, and they also told me that three months before the onset of hay fever, you need to start taking activated carbon, almost a pack a day. like the metabolism changes and everything goes away.
Idk, I’m just allergic to all the crap that grows in the spring.
Constantly sneezing, watery eyes, etc.d., in general a complete bouquet.
I take pills, but they hardly help.
I usually only have a month (May). I haven’t heard of coal, I’ll have to try it. As a child, my mother made me chew zabrus) But we didn’t even know that it could help) So I took injections within a month or two and again it was useless.
Oh, how nice it is to go outside in the spring and summer mornings and take a deep breath of fresh air! :3
Come on, that’s me. My brother has such an allergy, he hasn’t been walking since the beginning of summer 🙁
